As a Sr. Videographer with over 25 years of experience, I have led national and international marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, product launches, and brand development for global organizations. I specialize in helping companies build compelling brand identities that enhance market presence, drive awareness, and support long-term growth.
My experience spans corporate advertising, B2B marketing, and a wide range of numerous design projects. I bring a strong background in corporate and agency environments, with a proven track record of successfully leading video projects, photography, and digital design from concept through completion.
Throughout my career, I have contributed to nationwide and international campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, including ERCOT, The University of Texas, JP Sears, DXC Technology, Orbotix, ZT Systems, Rob Lowe’s Profile/Cobalt Skincare Line, and A88CBD, as well as numerous startup and mid-sized businesses.

In 2023 I accepted a new role at The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). I was hired as the Sr. Videographer and Photographer. ERCOT manages the flow of electric power to more than 26 million Texas customers – representing about 90 percent of the state’s electric load. ERCOT is a membership-based 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporation, governed by a board of directors and subject to oversight by the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Texas Legislature.
I was hired by Pervasive Software in 2000 to re-brand the company and establish a new set of brand standards. In 2005, I accepted a new role at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) as a Sr. Designer and Event Photographer. I left CSC in 2013 to focus on opening my own craft brewery in Colorado. From conception to completion, I branded and marketed Grossen Bart Brewery from the ground up. In 2017 I left Colorado to pursue the role as Sr. Graphic Designer and Videographer for Applied Research Laboratories (ARL) at the University of Texas in Austin.
I’ve been drawing since I was old enough to hold a pencil. I began college in Dallas, Texas as a Fine Art major, but later switched to Communication Design at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. This was prompted after a discussion with the late Cartoonist Bill “Tex” Henson in 1993. He is credited with having named Disney’s chipmunk duo “Chip ‘n’ Dale“. In the 1960s, he was a supervising animator on The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show. Tex saw something in one of my ink illustrations that made him say: “Son, I think you’d be a wonderful Graphic Designer!” That conversation meant something to me, and the rest is history!
